as for being prgo. she came in heat and we did good and watching her when she went out we were right there she dose not run the streets and she would of already been fixed but she had to have work on her mouth then came in heat less then a week later.
i was out with her and a dog jumped into our yard and got her i tried to get to her but the other dog bit me and i ended up kicking him till him let go of her so i do not know if anything happened.
she kind looks like a german shepherd

Well, she is really too young to be pregnant. I know she can become pregnant but so can a 13 year old girl but it still hurts their body.
She might not be thin at all, she could be in the healthy weight range but you’re just used to seeing overweight dogs.
First-are you feeding dog food or puppy food? You should feed puppy food the first year.
If she is pregnant she may need to eat more (eating for 5-10 LOL).
But if the vet gave her a clean bill of health I would just watch and wait, especially if she eats, drinks, eliminates, plays and sleeps normally-in other words, seems to be happy and feel OK.
Bless you for your concern for a fellow creature.
if she is pregnant you need to get it terminated, it will shorten her life by about 5 years if she has a litter that young.
you should be able to feel her ribs easily through a thin layer of fat, you shouldn’t be able to fell her pelvis (two lumps on either side of the tail). it all depends on the breed.
Have the vet spay her now. She sounds old enough and mongrel puppies will be very hard for you to give away. Plus - if she was bred on the streets - it may be a big litter (numerous ties with multiple studs) which could also be very hard on her body at this young age.
(It sounds like you have decided to adopt this dog?)
If the vet said she fine — then HELLO it’s a VET —
They trained for years to learn this stuff! So, just start fitting the dog into your lifestyle. Normal dog food, bathing, a dog bed/crate, leash, shots/vaccinations, obedience class, etc. You don’t want to overfeed her (she’ll get indigestion and vomit or have diarrhea). Slow and steady weight gain is all she needs through normal feeding. GOOD LUCK and thank you for adopting her!
She sounds too young to be pregnant, get her spayed even if she is.
If you can feel the bones but not really see them, then that is how it should be.
Is she a large breed dog? If so this is a normal thing, as she is growing.
Was it a drastic change in body size? is another variable to figuring out the issue
Young dogs are more active and have higher metabolism. She will gain weight as she gets older, don’t worry about it.
