Might have a kidney problem. See the vet as she is an elderly dog and they have special needs at this age.
Probably not drinking enough and why do you give your dog table scraps? You don’t like her?
it indicates a major health problem, as those who sniff 12 year old urine probably need some form of mental health checkup. see a doctor immediately, don’t worry about the dog it’ll be dead soon anyway
